		Joel's diverse background gives him a unique perspective on the convergence of psychology, technology and design. His ability to thoughtfully develop a concept from spark to iteration to success makes him a key participant in every Con-IMedia project. Prior work experience includes a position as the Head of Software Department at Carrera Computers, where he developed several software including a payroll system for the Ghana Armed Forces. At Whitesys Limited he was the head of the Database and Web Development Department. Here he focused on E-commerce technologies, User Interface (UI) Design and application usability. He holds a BSc. in Computer Science and Statistics from The University of Ghana, Legon.
